FAQS

Sildenafil is a medication that works by causing the smooth muscle cells lining the blood vessels to relax, improving blood flow to the penis. This medication takes approximately 30 minutes to start working, and the effects last between 4 and 6 hours. It’s the perfect way to spice up a date night or special occasion. When you’re taking Sildenafil, you can expect harder and longer-lasting erections when you become sexually aroused.

Tadalafil is a medication that works by relaxing the smooth muscle cells lining the blood vessels, leading to increased blood flow to the penis. Better blood flow means harder and longer-lasting erections for men taking Tadalafil. This medication takes approximately 30 minutes to take effect and works for an impressive 24 to 36 hours. With Tadalafil, there’s no pressure and no time constraints – just around-the-clock coverage for enhanced erections, adding spontaneity back to your sex life.

30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity. It can be taken with or without food, but if taken after a high-fat meal, it may take longer to work. Effects can last up to 24–36 hours.

Studies show combining PDE5 inhibitors like Sildenafil and Tadalafil may result in better erection quality, confidence, penetration, and satisfaction compared to single-agent therapy. This can enhance sexual performance, especially for men who haven’t achieved desired results with one medication alone.

Sildenafil and Tadalafil is designed for men 18 years and older who want to improve their sexual performance, especially those who may not have responded to a single medication or want enhanced effects.

  • Sudden hearing decrease, hearing loss, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), or dizziness. If you experience these symptoms, stop taking the medication and contact a healthcare provider right away.
